155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

    This is my dedication to myself, I workout three days a week and sometimes on Saturday, eating right (healthy), you have to involve yourself not only physically but mentally as well and I’m working on that. Not only have I dropped in close size my golf game has gotten better. I have to say I am Blessed to have great trainers.
