Beginners /Intro Class

Hey! Congrats on wanting to “up the scale” of your work out! Listen, I just want to say, IT’S OUR JOB TO MAKE SURE BEGINNERS CAN DO THIS! So, make your appointment to come in to one of our introductory sessions to get started! We are currently running an in-house special*****

While you’re on the site, scroll around and see what we’re all about. CrossFit is a wonderful addition to your life, whether you are currently an athlete, used to be an athlete 20 years ago, or just want a great work out.

Intro classes are offered at 6:30pm or 7:30pm 3 days per week and typically we start a new session every 2 weeks depending on holidays.  Email us for more info!

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit W-S is a team of dedicated trainers that are committed to delivering the CrossFit program exactly as it is designed – to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. CrossFit’s strength and conditioning system is built on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. The result is an athlete trained to perform successfully in diverse and randomized physical challenges.

WE have squats and deadlifts that you’ll actually be able to transfer into real life.

WE want you to come as often as possible to help change your life.

THEY have a 20 minute workout in 2 hours.
WE have a 2 hour workout in 20 minutes.

THEY have a machine at the front desk where you swipe your card.
WE have knowledgeable trainers that are ready to give you all the fitness information that you ask for.

THEY train for looks.
WE train for life.

  1. would like to know the price for a 16 year old male/ Looking to improve overall physical fitness and health. plays school soccer and basketball but for the competition and fun not looking for a scholarship or beyond high school. future military plans

  2. The price would be $100 a month. We have helped people get ready for the military and sports. We would love to help your son improve his overall fitness needs. If you would like to meet to discuss his needs with one of our trainers, we could set up a time to do so. Let us know what works for you.

  3. Is Crossfit for morbidly obese people trying to lose weight and keep it off for better health? It seems like it from the pictures and information on the site but I wanted to be sure. What is the price for a personal trainer? group training? Thanks.

  4. Absolutely- CrossFit is a community and since we all have challenges we’re here to make sure that everyone crosses that finish line. Even if it takes us going back to run that last mile with you or doing extra sit ups to encourage you not to quit. That’s just some scenarios that I can give there are many many more. Our members range in all shapes – that’s what makes us such a unique gym. We have an introductory class starting Monday February 3rd. There’s 4 classes available 5:30AM, 9:15AM, 6:30PM and 7:30PM. It’s 6 weeks long or until you’re ready to transition into the regular classes. You will have an instructor with you at all times. The same one unless you change your class time. Workouts can/will be modified for you – so please don’t think you have to come in and do or know anything.

  5. We offer a $59 intro class it’s 6 weeks. The first 3 weeks the days and times are set, but after that you can choose from any of our 38 classes we have during the week. The intro classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday’s and the times are 9:15AM, 6:30PM and 7:30PM. If you have any other questions let us know.

  6. My boyfriend and I have purchased the groupon for 6 weeks of unlimited classes and would like to start our intro class tomorrow. Can we come in tomorrow at 6:30?

  7. I am primarily interested in learning technique and form for Olympic Lifts and refining my squat and deadlift technique. Would the beginner course provide this specifically or is it something that would come through a later progression?

  8. I’m worried about previous injuries stopping me from being able to perform. I have a knee issue that bothers me daily and an ankle injury from sports years ago. Will I still be able to perform all the exercise? And if I’m overweight and out of shape. Like can’t run a mile out of shape! :(

  9. Absolutely- we all have challenges when we walk through that door. That’s why we have the introductory class so people can start in a good place. When you come in remember to tell the trainer your knee and ankle problems.

  10. I do apologize. I have returned all messages that was left. Our next session starts next Monday the 14th. We have a 9:15AM, 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM class for the first 3 weeks after that, you can choose from any of our 38 classes we ofter and come unlimited times.
