Intro classes are offered at 6:30pm or 7:30pm 3 days per week and typically we start a new session every 2 weeks depending on holidays. Email us for more info!
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit Moncton does a perfect job of summarizing the differences between a regular gym and a CrossFit gym:
