    14:59 on the wod with a blue band maxed out

    205 PR clean and jerk; 9:28Rx

  3. 135/ 9:24 @95 but had to use a blue band for the dips.

  4. 155 c&j/ 13:49 on WOD at 135# w/ blue band

  5. 135 c&j. 13:22. No band but not full range of motion quite yet.
