60-calorie row
50 toes-to-bars
40 wall-ball shots 20/14lbs. to 10/9ft target
30 cleans 135/95lbs
20 muscle-ups

we may have to start in heats some may get an airdyne (for 2 mins max effort) but everybody will work for14 mins max reps
