21 Wallballs (20/14) 10′ target for men and women
15 KB Swings (53lbs/35lbs)
9 Up and Overs (24”/20”) (Feet must touch the top of the box, no hip extension is required)
8 mins to find your
1RM Snatch Complex: (1 Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead
10 min AMRAP ( if you start the Deadlifts you have to do all Deadlifts before partner can move on toHC then all HC before STO an so on)
9 Deadlifts (155) (105)
7 Hang Cleans (155) (105)
5 Shoulder to Overhead (155) (105)
