10 Rounds(Teams of two one rnd each as soon as first person gets done with burpee muscle up second person can start this way it will be fast an fun)30min cap

5 Burpee Muscle Ups

20/15 Cal Row

if class is small it will be 5 rnds with no team(scale for MU will be ring dips(5)if you scale do 5 burpees then 5 dips have a great day
