Set up five bars so you can run through this For time:(this is the scale option an if you can’t hit these weights it’s ok you get to work on your squat snatch off the the side)

1 squat snatch (155/90)
1 squat snatch (165/95)
1 squat snatch (175/100)
1 squat snatch (185/105)
Time Cap 2 minutes

For time:( if you crush these go on to the next rnd)
1 squat snatch (190 / 110 lb.)
1 squat snatch (200 / 115 lb.)
1 squat snatch (205 / 120 lb.)
1 squat snatch (210 / 125 lb.)
1 squat snatch (215 / 130 lb.)
Time Cap 2 minutes
