Round 1 Start at 135,95(do one lift every min for five mins go up each min accordingly take one min off Round 2 start over at 135,95 try to go heavier than rnd 1 take min off Round 3 start again at 135,95 go big 17 min running clock

30 Muscle Ups( 20 min Cap)
