3@60%

Working Sets:
3@70%
3@80%
3+@90%

OPTIONAL:
Joker Sets – If you are feeling good and having a great day and there is time – do the following:
J1 – 3@ (90%*1.05)
J2 – 3@ (J1*1.05)

For Time
20-15-10-5
Box jump overs
Hang Power Clean

A 155,105 24,20
B 135,85 (step up if need be)
C 75,35 step ups or small box
