Warm-up sets:

5@60%

Working Sets:
5@75%
3@85%
1+@95%

OPTIONAL:
Joker Sets – If you are feeling good and having a great day and there is time – do the following:
J1 – 1@ (95%*1.05)
J2 – 1@ (J1*1.05)

For Time:

100 Thrusters 45/35

EMOM
5 Strict Pullups
