CrossFit Winston Salem has a team of dedicated trainers that are committed to delivering the CrossFit program exactly as it is designed with the goal of enhancing an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. CrossFit’s strength and conditioning system is built on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. The result is an athlete trained to perform successfully in diverse and randomized physical challenges. Class WODCrossFit Class WOD
Group classes are offered at various times throughout the day Monday through Friday. A typical class might consist of a warm-up, strength cycle, WOD (workout of the day) and stretching/mobility.

Olympic Weightlifting 
In class we focus on various olympic weightlifting movements. Our programming  provides members with additional time to further develop lifting techniques.

Beginners one-on-one or group trial 
Beginners get special introductory lessons and may participate in a trial with a cost of $59 for first time visitors. We are offering to help you get started now! It is best to email Renee for an appointment. Coaches will teach the fundamentals of CrossFit individually or in a group setting. Attendees will learn CrossFit terminology, olympic weightlifting moves step-by-step and over time  will begin to transition out of beginner workouts. Our  special is a great way to see how you can benefit from CrossFit! Buy a  trial for only $59!  Buy a one-on-one or group trial for only $59!

HEAT Classes
High Endurance Athletic Training classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm. HEAT classes will get your heart rate up and help you burn calories while doing “bootcamp” type movements like burpees, box jumps, rowing and more. Barbells are not used very often during this class and you can sign-up to participate in only HEAT classes if you choose.

CrossFit Kids
CrossFit programming is offered for children ages eight to thirteen years old. This is a great option for children that are homeschooled or those that want additional exercise above and beyond their play time activities. CrossFit Kids costs $65/month (no contract). A $10 discount is offered for each additional child.  Monday and Wednesday  at 3:45PM are class days and times. Typically 10:30am camps  in summers.CrossFit Kids

Personal Training
For those that need one-on-one training instead of a group atmosphere, our trainers can develop a plan based on your goals and needs.
