1. What inspired you to become a CrossFit coach?

As soon as I started CrossFit I was hooked. I saw changes in not only my body but my mindset that I never thought were possible. I truly believe CrossFit is the best fitness program and I wanted to be able to help others reach their full potential. I love seeing people reach their goals, gain confidence and get stronger inside and outside the gym.  

2. What is your favorite CrossFit movement or workout, and why?

Favorite workout is a tie between DT and the chief. I love the barbell!

3. What is one piece of advice you would give to someone new to CrossFit?

First - just START!! You do not have to be fit to start CrossFit. Everything can be modified for your level and starting is the only way to get fit.

Second - Focus on being consistent not perfect. Get to the gym 4-5 times a week. Every day may not feel amazing or be perfect, but showing up and doing the work is how you see change.
